KICK FIT
Our specially tailored KickFit classes are bound to get your blood pumping and bodies sweating. As the glutes and legs are the biggest muscles in the body, an aerobic workout to high energy music, focusing on these areas will provide for a highly effective calorie blasting training session that all can benefit from. Learn practical and dynamic Taekwondo techniques in a safe, exciting and intensely energised environment. Our KickFit classes are open to all, even those who do not have any previous martial arts experience.
HiiT IT
HIIT IT is our high energy fitness class for beginners or regular gym goers. Our HIIT it classes deliver total body results in a dynamic, effective and convenient 30 minute workout. These classes involve 10 stations, with each station being a unique 3 minute activity, that focuses on specific muscle groups. An expert trainer will be with you every step of the way, making sure you progress and get the most out of your workout.
BOOTCAMP
We deliver a challenging, high intensity morning training session giving you an energy charged start to your day and results you can feel immediately.
BOXING
Boxing classes are designed to teach effective punching and evasive movements while improving fitness, core strength and assisting in weight management. The classes are a dynamic 45 minute session that will compliment the Bootcamp, HiiT It, Kick Fit and Stretch classes.
STRETCH
The benefits of our Stretch classes are endless. Improved flexibility, core strength, balance, fluidity in movement, and posture to name a few. These qualities form an essential part of being fit, healthy and safe. Participating in deep stretching reenergises the physical and mental, and is a great complimentary form of exercise to all of our training programs.
